Dr. Lady Talata Danladi

Founder & Executive Director

Dr. Lady Talata Danladi is a Ghanaian medical doctor, entrepreneur, and humanitarian passionate about healthcare equity, community development, and sustainable social impact.

She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Ghana Medical School, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science. She also holds an MBA from the University of East London.

With years of experience spanning medicine, entrepreneurship, and humanitarian service, Dr. Danladi founded the LTD Foundation out of a deep conviction that compassion should lead to meaningful action and lasting change.

As Founder & Executive Director, she provides strategic leadership and oversight for the foundation’s programmes, partnerships, outreach initiatives, and long-term vision.

Her work focuses on improving healthcare access, empowering vulnerable communities, supporting children and young people, and driving sustainable interventions that restore dignity and create opportunity.

Through the LTD Foundation, she is committed to building impactful, people-centered solutions that transform lives and shape future generations.

Roland Nunekpeku

Operations & Logistics Lead

Roland Nunekpeku is a Ghanaian culinary artist and bilingual professional fluent in both French and English.

He serves as the Operations & Logistics Lead at the LTD Foundation, where he plays a key role in coordinating outreach operations and supporting the successful execution of foundation initiatives.

His responsibilities include procurement of donation items, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, volunteer supervision, and logistical planning for projects and community outreach activities.

Passionate about service and teamwork, Roland brings dedication, organizational support, and practical coordination to the foundation’s mission of creating meaningful and sustainable impact in vulnerable communities.
